Are You Perplexed? I am!

There are churning perplexities in life that drive me to seek answers. Sometimes the answers become apparent when I begin by expressing things that I do understand. I understand that mankind is capable of great good and great evil. I understand we each have in us to do good or evil. We have choices and reasons for making certain choices. There are also the choices that seem to be made for us. Then there are accidents. Accidents caused by our own negligence or that of others. Some by our inexperience. Some which happen due to no one or we say an act of God.

There is also something to be said of influence. We are influenced in what we do and don't do. There are interior influences and exterior influences. There are the accurate summation of things, and inaccurate summation of things. There are those things once experienced and reflected on that we change our thinking. We are simply complex.

Some decisions, some choices we get the counsel of others in making. Sometimes we seek counsel of the unwise. Sometimes we seek counsel of the wise. Sometimes we are wise in our own eyes. Care must be taken. We must call on good sense within.

The highest cost is sometimes paid and the harvest of excruciating experiences and circumstance can come as the result of ill considered decisions. Sometimes there are answers other than the one we think we have.

I put my life in God's hands. I trust Him for the good outcome based on everything I have read in the Bible.I seek His help from the unseen realm and trust in Him for it. The bible says that He has a plan for my life and that it is a good plan for good and not evil. I must continually bow my pride to His will and way. I am reminded of my sin through this flesh I live in and often repent and start a fresh with God in the lead rather than me. Believe me, I have made plenty and too many mistakes and bad decisions going my own way.The Lord IS my Shepherd. He doesn't let me veer far from the path. His rod and his staff comfort me. He reminds me of the path, of my boundaries in which I have free reign.

I can't leave my life to the four winds of happenstance. I bow to God who created the universe and sent his only begotten son to be the only worthy sacrifice once and for all time. Through one man sin came into the world and destroyed perfection and bliss. Through one man God is satisfied and restores paradise to those who choose to become His children.

I am reminded that when I don't know the answers for why things happen in my life or the lives of others. When I am not quickly given insight to things that perplex me I am reminded that no matter the situation God causes all things to work for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.

Romans 8:28
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Sometimes the answer is that there is no answer, but to trust God.

Isaiah 30:15
For thus saith the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength:
